State Privacy Rights
Last updated: 2026-08-13
Where you are a resident of a US state with a comprehensive privacy law — California under the CCPA/CPRA, or Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another state with a similar statute — the following supplements our Privacy Policy.
Rights You Have
Rights available include access — knowing what is held and why — correcting inaccuracies, requesting deletion, receiving a portable copy, and the right to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. Where state law provides an appeal against a denied request, that is open to you too. Using these rights costs you nothing and changes nothing about the service you receive.
Data Sharing
Nothing is sold for cash. Where advertising appears on mdfcreate.com, advertising identifiers may nonetheless be shared with partners, and the statutory definitions of ‘sale’ and ‘sharing’ are broad enough to cover that arrangement. You may opt out — see Do Not Sell or Share My Information. We do not knowingly sell or share the data of minors under 16.
Information Categories
Applicable categories are identifiers (IP address, cookie and device identifiers), internet or other electronic network activity (pages viewed, referring URLs, session timing on mdfcreate.com), and — where volunteered — an email address. Collected from your device, and from analytics or advertising vendors where those are in use.
Submitting a Request
Send requests to hello@mdfcreate.com. The Global Privacy Control browser signal is honoured automatically and is the simplest way to opt out. We verify identity by replying to the address that contacted us, respond within the time allowed by the applicable state law, and accept requests from an authorised agent with written proof of authority.
